Help, tracking & the guarantee.
A human answers every thread. Median first response: under 15 minutes, seven days a week, 08:00–22:00 UTC.
Your order thread is the tracker.
No portals, no passwords, no “where is my code” forms. Every stage of your order is confirmed in the same chat where you placed it — pinned, timestamped and kept until you redeem.
Ticket received
Your pre-filled order message lands in the desk queue. Auto-acknowledged in seconds.
Stock confirmed
An agent confirms code availability and sends your payment link (PayPal or crypto).
Dispatch
Code routed to your email. Median time from payment: 9 minutes.
Verified redemption
We stay on the thread until your voucher applies cleanly on the vendor portal.
If the vendor revokes it, we replace it.
If a vendor revokes your unused voucher code within 30 days of purchase, EnigmaCert will replace the code or issue a 100% refund minus a small processing fee. Claims are resolved on your original order thread — average resolution time, 2 hours.

Yes. Every code is sourced through direct promo partnerships and authorized distribution channels — no retail arbitrage, no grey-market key resellers. Each voucher is a standard vendor code you redeem yourself, in your own name, on the vendor's official portal.
You redeem the code yourself on the vendor's official certification portal (e.g., Pearson VUE for CompTIA, Cisco, Oracle; PSI or vendor portals for others). Every order includes a step-by-step redemption walkthrough, and Pro/Elite bundles include a concierge who books your slot with you live.
PayPal (with buyer protection) and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Payment links are issued on your order thread after an agent confirms availability. We never ask for card numbers in chat.
Every exam voucher order automatically includes the matching EnigmaCert study guide eBook (a $20 value) at no charge — for example, the AWS Solutions Architecture Fundamentals guide with any AWS voucher. You can swap the gift for any other eBook before checkout.
No. EnigmaCert prep content — coaching, practice packs and the simulation suite — is 100% original material written by certified professionals and mapped to the vendors' published exam blueprints. We never distribute actual exam content, and we never will.
