EnigmaCert (“we”, “us”) is an independent exam voucher and certification-preparation concierge. We sell official vendor exam voucher codes, original study guides (“eBooks”), and optional prep services (coaching sessions, practice packs and exam simulations).

EnigmaCert is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, Google, PMI, ISACA, ISC2, VMware/Broadcom, Oracle, EC-Council, ISTQB or Pearson VUE. All vendor names, certification titles and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly to identify the products being resold (nominative fair use).

Voucher codes are digital goods delivered to the email address provided on your order thread. Automated codes dispatch in under 15 minutes of confirmed payment; manual or bulk orders are confirmed and routed within 4 hours during staffed hours (08:00–22:00 UTC).

eBooks are delivered by secure email link as password-protected PDF files, watermarked with the buyer's name. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

You are responsible for redeeming your voucher before its expiry date on the vendor's official portal. We confirm the validity window of every code before collecting payment, and we never ship codes with less than 6 months of validity.

If a certification vendor revokes your unused voucher code within 30 days of the purchase date, EnigmaCert will, at the buyer's choice: (a) replace the code with an equivalent valid code, or (b) refund 100% of the amount paid for that code, minus a processing fee of up to 5% covering non-refundable payment-gateway charges.

To claim: reply on your original order thread with the revocation notice or portal error. Claims are verified with the vendor channel and resolved within 48 hours (average: 2 hours). The guarantee covers unused codes only and is void where a code has been redeemed, transferred, or used to schedule an exam attempt.

Because voucher codes and eBooks are digital goods delivered instantly, orders are final once the code or download link has been delivered. Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund at any time via your order thread.

If we cannot fulfill an order within the promised window, you may choose an immediate full refund or a revised delivery time — your call, no retention scripts.

All EnigmaCert preparation materials — eBooks, practice packs, coaching content and the simulation suite — are original works authored by certified professionals and mapped exclusively to vendors' publicly available exam blueprints and objective lists.

EnigmaCert does not sell, share, or distribute actual certification exam content (“exam dumps”) under any circumstances. If a third party offers you such material using our name, it is counterfeit — report it to the desk.

Buyers agree to comply with each vendor's certification agreement and exam policies. Vouchers are for exams taken by the purchasing candidate, in their own name.

We accept PayPal (with PayPal buyer protection) and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Payment links are issued only by agents on your order thread after stock confirmation. EnigmaCert agents will never request card numbers, bank details, or payment outside an issued link — treat any such request as an impersonation attempt.

Prices are quoted in USD. Crypto payments are locked at the quoted rate for 30 minutes from link issuance.

We collect the minimum data required to deliver your order: contact handle, delivery email, and order contents. We do not run ad trackers, we do not sell data, and order threads are retained only as long as needed to honor the guarantee window.

Buyer-name watermarks are applied to purchased eBooks solely to deter unauthorized redistribution and are never published or shared.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnigmaCert's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected item. Exam outcomes depend on the candidate, and while our prep bundles materially improve first-attempt rates, certification results are never guaranteed.

Disputes are handled first through the desk — message us and we will make it right. These terms are provided as a working summary for buyers and do not constitute legal advice; formal contracts for bulk/enterprise orders are executed separately.
